Naturopathy is a form of alternative medecine that employs an array of  practices branded as natural, non-invasive, and as promoting self-healing.

The ideology and methods of naturopathy are based on vitalism and folk medecine.

what is focusing massage?

Focusing massage is a body approach characterized by an attitude of attention to "feeling", namely what happens "in itself": the emotions, the kinesthetic sensations and perceptions visceral all at once. This feeling goes beyond the simple physiological perception.
The term focusing means "focus on" or, '"do a tune-up on".  It is with the felt to enable him to clarify and to reveal relevant information.
The body "knows" the problems facing the person.
