Naturopathy is a form of alternative medecine that employs an array of practices branded as natural, non-invasive, and as promoting self-healing.
The ideology and methods of naturopathy are based on vitalism and folk medecine.
Naturopathy promotes global and sustainable health by
complementing conventional medecine, sanitary practices and/or paramedics.
Herbal medicines are plant-based medicines made from differing combinations of plant parts e.g. leaves, flowers or roots. Infusions and decoctions: dried or fresh herbs, syrups, poultices, lotions, compresses, tinctures.
The Bowen technique is a neuro-muscular treatment applied to the surface of the skin using small manipulations that trigger a process of rebalancing the nervous system to stimulate the entire body.
Somatic education is a collection of approaches including which Holistic Gynmastic, aims to reclaim the body in movement and develop his consciousness. This recognition allows the person to better understand how it works and to create new possibilities of expression.
