With over 35 years of field experience in social intervention, and particularly in the mental health field, she uses natural medicine as a means of access to a healthy and active lifestyle.
Graduated in naturopathy (IFN & IIRHB) and somatic education (UQAM), she cumulated over the years certifications including, nutritherapy, respiratory-postural rehabilitation, manual therapies
including Bowen Techniques, Craniosacral, Energetics, Focusing.
In her practice and research, she is interested in the principles of structural and metabolic balance of life and body awareness as potential sources of self-regulation and healing.
Combining naturopathy, nutritherapy, respiratory rehabilitation and somatic education, she takes a particular look at the daily hygiene of life. Recognizing the impact of ecosystems on the living, she offers a biopsychosocial education linking the body awareness and health of each individual to his environment.
